Shipping policy

This policy explains our delivery process, including where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. It does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Great Britain only:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales

We do not currently deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • European Union countries
  • Other international destinations

Orders placed outside our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Delivery Times

For stock items, delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates only. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time or within any agreed delivery period.

Bespoke Order Timescales

Custom orders require additional production time.

Estimated completion and delivery dates will be discussed during the design approval stage.

Business, Trade & Wholesale Orders

Business-to-business, trade and wholesale orders are supplied to customers acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. Any agreed trade, wholesale or bespoke terms will apply in addition to this policy.

Wholesale Lead Times

Wholesale and larger trade orders require additional making, packing and dispatch time. Estimated timescales will be confirmed when the order is accepted and may vary depending on order size, stock availability, production capacity, seasonal demand and any bespoke requirements. Unless a specific delivery date is agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence.

Damaged in Transit

Although all items are packaged carefully, damage can occasionally occur during delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged item.
  2. Take photographs of all packaging materials.
  3. Take photographs of the outer parcel and delivery label.
  4. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate courier claims and resolve issues more quickly. See our Refund Policy for how damaged items are then repaired, replaced or refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was supplied
  • Delivery information was incomplete
  • A parcel was not collected from the courier

Additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
